In the past I never remembered my dreams or it was very rare.
Since a few months I start to remember my dreams. The last week I remembered every dream I had at night. One dream I remember in more detail than the other, but I could remember something.
I don’t go to sleep with the intention to remember my dream the next morning. It just happens.
I was wondering how this change happened? What has changed that I recall dreams on a regularly basis now and didn’t recall them in the past?

Re: What makes us remember our dreams?
I'd like to know what happened as well, but as a wild guess, I think it relates to issue clearing? As we clear our issues the easier it is to use our intuition which includes dreaming. I been having difficulties remembering my own dreams, and sometimes I would remember them clearly but they would seem scattered, and other times I only remember bits and they would seem vague. If my memory serves me correctly, it would seem like I would go for a long time not remembering anything at all when I dream except once in awhile, but then it would seem like it would happen consistently like the way I described, then go back to not having any dreams. It would be nice to figure out how to remember them consistently though, I feel they can help us a lot in some way.

Remembering dreams is simple. It takes learning a little exercise and the discipline to put it into practice. I've written it up several times over the years. Maybe Ro can work you thru it.

Will be to arrive back where we started
And then to know the place for the first time..
