Following our big Xmas workshop, we're now organising a bit summer get-together! The Xmas Workshop was a huge success, with three days of very, very intense meta-training, facing issues and stepping up for everyone. This time, we're doing it a bit differently, though. We're not having a Summer Workshop, but rather a Summer Camp. Less work, more play.
.For Higher Belts
Summer Camp will mainly be for our older students, who have already got a lot of meta-awareness and skills and who often get very lonely being around people who don't understand this whole new world that they're suddenly aware of. Especially for people who have been doing the meta- for a while, it's a relief to be around ppl who can also scan, and who can see and love them for who they are.
We're going to focus mainly on just spending time together, updating everyone on the newest developments and techniques, and working on team work. There won't be any particularly tight schedule, if any at all; things have a way of working themselves out with older students. If ppl want to organise excursions and explore some more of the Netherlands (or Germany or anything else), feel free. If you want to spend a few days with your belly in the grass reading a book, that's also fine. And if you want to play meta- games and experiment with your own gifts and awareness, there'll be lots of people around to play with. Of course I'll be available for personal help/guidance as well, Cas and Enelya will probably be around at some point or other, and you get to spend some time with Angel.
Even if you don't *do* anything, just being around other meta's increases your own sensitivity and gifts. With a group of older students, it's very easy to make a lot of energy run and get amazing parts of yourself to come out all the sudden. One of the biggest helps is having other people around to confirm what you sense and do - without that, it can be difficult to know if you're not making it all up, but with others there to go "Hey! Cool!" the moment you ground very well, or sense something spot on, it gets a lot easier.
Any Green Belts and up are very welcome to stay at our place. We don't have unlimited space, but we've a shed in the garden. Same rules as last time: we'll fit you in somewhere, you pay for your own food and whatever else you end up wanting, and a small summer camp fee (to be decided once we know how many ppl we have and how long everyone wants to stay). You're free to do whatever you want, and use our kitchen/bathroom. Everything's self-service, get what you want, when you want it.
Bring your dowsing rods : ) And do your own scheduling - it'll probably be the most fun if everyone is here at the same time, or at least has overlapping times. Let me know when you will be here, so I can figure out sleeping spaces.
For Younger Belts
We're not forgetting our White and Yellow belts this summer. We have a lot of locals in this group already, so if others want to fly over, it shouldn't be too hard to find them a place to stay with someone. Rather than spending a long time together, I feel its more helpful for our younger students to spend a day together, perhaps several spread out over a few weeks. When you are just starting out, things get intense and overwhelming pretty quickly, and it helps to have some time to process in between. Otherwise you end up forgetting half of what you learned and freaking out over the other half because it's so strong, and you don't have the tools and practise to keep up with it yet.
If people want to let me know who wants to come for a series of younger belt Summer Days, we'll get something organised. Ideally, this would coincide with the times the older students are here, so they can help you out and you get to ask them lots of questions and play with them : ) We'll give you all some one-on-one time, a lot of practise with the basics so that you get really good at them, and some cool new techniques that are hard to teach through a chat window.
Optionally
If people can generate an interest, it would be fun to organise a Workshop this summer - within the times for Summer Camp - for people who aren't members of Elfpath but who are curious. This would have to be done locally (although if you have enough interest in your area and enough paying participants, we can fly over to teach it). The idea would be to teach a group of 10-15 people the basics of the meta- over the course of a few subsequent afternoons, including some Intuitive Art, basic scanning, and playing around with the Holy Child.
