Here's a new daily exercise that everyone can participate in. It's simple, it's fun, and it's good scanning practise. What's more, you can compare results with others and get a feel for the different ways you can scan.

It works like this. I'll post an image every day. Can be anything, a painting (like below), a book cover, an object, a person, whatever comes up. What I want you to do is to scan it, and post whatever you get on it. Don't use your mind or what is logical or what makes sense, just look at the image and SCAN it. Perhaps you sense lots of emotions around the image, or you see/hear/smell/sense something else. It doesn't matter if it sounds crazy. It doesn't matter if it matches what someone else got or not. Post it.

You can't go back, you have to look at your problems, issues, stand still and don't close your eyes. You have to go through this because you know that you'll have to live with your own thoughts.
It's useful. In daily life your stubborn focus on your inside will be grate help in every action you'll take. Like...
You can open tin with a big knife, but if you'll look closely at thing you have in second hand you'll understand that it's strange looking tin opener and it's useful.

My mind first tells me "this thing should be playful"...but my first instinct is menacing.

Very nice Tato! There are a lot of dark, almost tick like energies around that thing. Anga, try getting an intuitive impression on it while your energy is in your gut. Just go with your first impression.

aww drat it xD so my first impression was the better again :/ when i touched that image, i heard a very disturbing, loud, angry 'AAH'-kinda shout. made me think very dark stuff

but i decided to go with the stress, anxiety, yaddayadda that couldve been connected to the object (or, well, the inventor)

theyre probably both right though, but it wouldve been interesting if wed have had very similar results.
