Hey Vee, just add me to skype and we'll get you started. The February course has already started two weeks ago, but we have a third group that is still open at the moment, so you're welcome to join in!
This goes for any future people, as well. If you're not sure if we still have space, just leave a message here, add me to skype, and we'll work it out so that you can still join a course and get started as soon as possible : )

Rohaa, I added you (finally, I got swamped and forgot >.>)
But I'm on the US east coast which puts me GMT -5, yes? Unfortunately, your class times posted at the moment don't work for me as I don't get home until 7pm, usually....
ideas?

Re: New Intro Course: February
Next intro course will hopefully start next week, so I'd like the ones waiting to join it to tell me which of the following times has their preference. All times are announced in GMT, with the UK being GMT+1 after this weekend (27/28 March), when DST goes in effect in Europe.
Choice no. 1
Monday and Friday: 1800 - 2000 GMT.
Choice no. 2
Tuesday and Saturday: 1900 - 2100 GMT.
One day will be reserved for actual class, the other for checkup/questions etc. I'd prefer to have the start of the week be class and the rest of the week be checkup (for practice reasons), so please reply as soon as possible so we can get you started.
You can PM me with your preference, or contact me in Skype (my name is in the Tea House/Intro Course chat list as Mari or perhaps nemu-han if you do not yet have me added to your friendslist).

Hi Mari,
My preference is Choice No. 2. Would the time be 7:00 p.m. Houston Texas time?
Thanks, Vee

Nope, it would be 7 pm UTC/GMT (whichever abbreviation means more to you). At this time of posting, it is 7:38 PM GMT if that is helpful.

Re: New Intro Course: February
Hello everyone!
We have decided on a time for class which will be Mondays 1800 GMT - 2000 GMT (or 6 pm UTC - 8 pm UTC). The checkups each week will be on Friday, same time. If you have any problems calculating the time that is for your time zone, feel free to poke someone in here or in the teahouse.
We can help.
First class will be starting this monday 1800 GMT, and in general you will be taught by Kattzyze and yours truly, though Rohaa may pop in for the first class.
I would like you to start a forum account if you haven't yet before that time, and tell me your username.
Any questions at all can be directed to either of us three. (My name is Mari on Skype, username nemu-han)
Hope to see you on monday!
