Hey guys. My first post is going to be a suggestion, it seems!

I suggested this to Rohaa over Skype the other day and she told me she'd murder me with a blunt instrument if I didn't post it here. OK that's only mostly true.

I think what could be really helpful to new guys like me is a dictionary of the various subject-specific words, phrases and terms associated with meta intuition in the same way that the subject of medicine has a medical dictionary.

If a new forum is created in the Meta-Intuitive Discussion section then each new entry can have it's own unique thread. I think each entry should initially be a formal, dictionary-style "facts-only" definition, and then subsequent replies by the topic creator and other members can include personal accounts involving it to perhaps aid clarification. It should probably be moderated quite heavily to ensure that personal accounts are relevant to each topic so new readers aren't confused by stories included under the wrong topic.

As a new member I've come across a few phrases already that I do not understand, and Rohaa has asked me to list them as examples for the dictionary. I will reply to this thread with any new suggestions, but here are some to start me off:

Chakra/Chakra Colours
Block
Empathy
Telepathy
Alpha State
Energy
Energy Work
Meta-Physics
Healing
Shielding
Power (including In Power and Out Of Power)
Astral Projection
Tuning
Scanning
Past Life
Grounding

Clearly some of the entries will be quite short. For example I'm guessing "Energy Work" will draw a lot from the definition of "Energy". However they still deserve their own unique entry.

I do not yet understand these words and phrases, but once I am given a sufficient explanation of something I am quite handy at explaining very complex concepts in terms any layman can comprehend. Awesome Heph, thanks for doing this.

(what actually happened was that Heph suggested to me that we need this, I very much agreed, and asked him to help us make this happen. Which, fortunately, he was happy to do)

I'd encourage everyone in here to help out as much as possible, either by providing suggestions for definitions, or adding other terms that you'd like to see defined. Hopefully, we'll eventually be able to compose a wiki of sorts that will help out everyone who's new to the meta-intuitive.
