It's the group chat room she'll be adding you too (where you get to meet everyone and chat casually, ask for help or a scan whichever you like, it'll pop up when you receive messages). It's also sometimes laggy, so it may be a bit before you see any messages. Save the group chat to your contact list or if your version is different add it as a bookmark thing.

When your free course starts you'll be getting another group chat with fewer people, so keep an eye out for it.
