Enelya and Casadei have stepped up to the level of Brown Belt!
Brown belt: You are beginning to truly step into power and act from there. You have shown discipline, responsibility and dedication to your own spiritual growth, and can independently return to your path when knocked off it. You have the ability to find your own answers and methods consistently, have a good understanding of your purpose, and are using your various gifts to get there. You can teach others competently regardless of preparation or familiarity with the topic, and will readily reach out to help others when it scans. You understand who you are and what you are here for, recognise your CES, and have a reasonable mastery of your gifts. You are willing to work hard, and take up the increasing responsibilities that come with your increasing awareness and power.

Enelya. You've been with us from the start, and although you've been frustrated at times with how slow your progress has been, you've stuck with it and steadily kept growing and growing, taking on more and more responsibility as you went ahead, and finding more and more stability. You're almost there now. There are a few things that I know you want to get out of the way before you step up to being a Black Belt, and I'm more than confident that you'll get to them, in your own time and on your terms. You've consistently shown me over the last few months since you became our first Blue Belt that you have lots of discipline and determination to get yourself to where you want to be. You're not easily stopped, and when you're having trouble, you go far in finding your own answers. However, you seek and listen to guidance when you need it.
You are capable of saying NO, but also of pushing your own boundaries. You feel responsible for the little ones, which you've shown both by running our Intro Courses and by looking out for younger students in the challenge room, even when you were very busy with your own things. You already knew much of who you are beyond this life, but yesterday you found the pieces that made it all fit together for you. Your scan is clear and detailed. As for gifts: ever since we hypothesised that there may be such a thing as a sourcing gift... you sat down and did it, without a manual or directions (because we had none) and without much effort. You care more deeply than you let on, and both Cas and I have come to rely on you a lot when we need some help or someone to talk to. Thank you, Rhino-doctor. By all definitions I have, you are a Brown Belt.

Cassie. You were a yellow belt when you came to my door in December, planning to just take a 2 week workshop. You're still there
Especially in your first two months here, you worked harder than I've ever seen any of my students work. There were weeks where you did nothing but work, eat, sleep a little, and right back to work. You zoomed through learning the basic techniques, and you picked up on most of the ideas like you already knew them to begin with. I've seen you face issues inside that for most of us would be horribly scared and would take months, and you've pounced on them and faced them head on. On some levels, you are already functioning as a Black Belt and have been for a while, but because you raced through the belt levels so quickly, there are some lower belt problems and inner garbage that you still have to tackle. You've been working on that the last few weeks, so it'll no doubt be fixed soon. You've helped me immensely with your so very natural sensing gifts, that you use easily and (mostly) with a great deal of power, and you've helped all of us by bringing some more FUN into the easy, light and fun path that we're aiming to be. Thank you.
You had no teaching experience, and to fix that, you're taking Teacher Course, and you are currently teaching an Intro Course under Mel's guidance, as well as three (!) Basic Courses with me. For that reason, I'm not just giving you a Brown Belt, but also your 2nd teaching star.

Congratulations, girls. Both of you are amazing. I know I for one want to see what you end up doing with all of the awareness and power you've found recently. I've a feeling it's going to be great.
