Hello All! I'm Tina!

Hi! My name is Tina, and I currently live in Charleston, SC. Jumping on board and getting to know everyone...

I am a professional artist and teach painting and drawing at a non-profit art center. When I started my career as an artist, I had so much passion for the work. I was hungry, excited, ready to throw myself into any challenge. I wrote a grant proposal to organize a multi-media art exhibit with a non-profit environmental group, and received it. I organized art shows in galleries and local businesses with groups of artists and musicians. I promoted other artists I liked, acting as a freelance art rep/curator. I really put myself out there and was successful.

Recently, I burned out. The work lost it's meaning. I forced myself to come to the studio and found every excuse I could to put things off.

Now, I find a calling within me to a higher purpose. I seek to put all my effort and energy into cultivating and developing my intuition. I feel that in doing so, applying discipline and dedication into this new found path, everything else will fall into place naturally. The rest of my life will indeed be easy, lucky and fun. I hope now to work and learn as much as I can, develop these skills for myself, and then in turn teach others and help people find meaning and joy as I have found in my own life.

So this brings me here-- to start new, fresh and at the beginning. I'm jumping on the train to ride the waves!

you might be surprised when it comes to anything artistic, or not.. but this has a lot to do with artistic stimulation, some way or another, and seems to help those with skills a lot with their imagination, willpower, and anything else that goes with it. hope you find back that flame. im sure it hasnt gone out yet

flame hasn't gone out yet... gonna burn real bright i'm sure. just have to find a new flame that is more honest and real, and in turn more powerful.
