The goal of the meta-ER is to offer some guidance for people that are away from Skype, that are not taking one of our courses, and those that are just looking for a quick solution.

The ER will walk you through some basic questions to determine what you are dealing with, and helps you deal appropriately.

Please keep in mind that the ER is still under development. Over the next few weeks we'll have specialized versions up for higher belts.
