This is a list of meta-intuitive exercises you can do while you are doing a normal, every day thing like watching TV. Exercises are ranked in order of the level of difficulty/focus.

  • Move your energy. Focus a ball of energy in your left hand until you can really feel it there, then do the same in the other (or any other part of your body). Then bring it back to your guts.
  • Removing Blocks in your system
  • Watching energies in and between people
