Truthscanning

Truthscanning is a form of scanning that allows you to intuitively know if something is true or not.

For more advanced people, it lets you scan the extend to which something is true and if the person saying it believes it's true or not.

Why should we truthscan?

All of the biggest troubles in our lives come from following lies. All our biggest fights are about things not understood or outright lies. Our worst relationships, our greatest unnecessary struggles. They all come from accepting lies.

Imagine how amazing it owuld be if no one could ever lie to you again! Imagine every politician in the world forced to tell the truth and the whole truth because people can tell the truth from the lies! Imagine courts actually doing useful things and lawyers and judges having to speak only the truth such that the guilty are found and the innocent released. Imagine your lover never lying to you again. Imagine students in schools learning the truth about history because they could truthscan everything their teachers say.

This little "trick" is one of the most powerful skills you can ever learn. This simple tool could, if used and applied appropriately and often, change the entire face of the world, end wars, end crime, end violence against children and the helpless.... in about 10 years, tops.

Of course once you learn this trick, you become able to scan if your teachers at Elfpath are telling the truth. This is not a design oversight. ;)

How to

First, like with any kind of scanning, make sure you are grounded and centered. Then, simply listen to someone speaking (doesn't even have to be live), or read some text. If what you're hearing or reading is not true, your center will clench up a bit. This happens because, put simply, truth is harmonious. A lie, intentional or not, will disturb that harmony, and you can detect this "disturbance in the Force" quite easily. All it requires is paying attention, and keeping your energy in your guts.

If you get good at this, you can tell the difference between someone telling an intentional lie, things that are only a little true, and things that are not true even though the speaker things they are. Learning to recognise these things is mostly just practice, and figuring out what your guts mean by all the different types of clenching.
