This is a list of meta-intuitive exercises you can do while you are doing a normal, every day thing like shopping. Exercises are ranked in order of the level of difficulty/focus.

  • Scanning what is appropriate for you to buy. Scan what intuitively attracts your attention, what stands out to you in particular.
  • Scanning how the clothing or object you are looking at will affect your energies, emotions, attitudes. For clothes, you can do this by grounding, checking your emotions and energies, imaging wearing that colour/style, and then checking how your emotions and energies changed. Then it is simply a matter of deciding whether this is a change you want.
  • Watch energies between people in the store. It can be especially interesting to look at the energies between couples, friends or family members.
