Throughout history, the serpent has been a symbol of wisdom and of healing. Many ancient records speak of spiritual masters, priest-kings, patriarchs and founders of early civilisations who arrived in these lands after abandonning their beloved home lands across the seas, and all of them referenced the serpent in their name and teachings.
