This is a list of meta-intuitive exercises you can do while you are doing a normal, every day thing like being on the phone or chatting to someone. Exercises are ranked in order of the level of difficulty/focus.

  • Checking who has The Bubble, so you know who is supposed to say something next.
  • Sensing emotions of the one you're talking to. This can help you understand where they're coming from when they say something unkind, or sense when there is something they want (or need) to talk about, or tune the conversation to make them more comfortable or happy.
  • Truthscanning the words of the person you're talking to. Note that if something scans wrong, they themselves may not know that it's not true and be telling you what they think is true. You can sense intentional lies, they have a different energy.
  • Grounding the person you are talking to, so they have less chaos and messiness going on, and the conversation will go smoother. Don't mess with other people's energies until you are at least in Basic Course.
  • Attracting the right person for you to speak to, if you are making a professional or business call.
