Free Introduction Course

Elfpath's completely free introduction course is a wonderful chance to familiarize yourself with the basics of the Meta-Intuitive Arts, to meet great new people from all over the world, and to really have some time for yourself.

In this course, you will learn:

   - Exercises to grow your energy system (and help you sleep);
   - Simple techniques to reduce noise and chaos in your life;
   - Awareness of energy exchanges between people;
   - Tools to deal with strong emotions from your past or present;
   - A process to understand what life is trying to tell you;
   - To know if people are being honest to you;
   ...and more.

Requirements

Providing an entirely free course that lasts three months takes a lot of time out of the lives of our course organizers and teachers. In return, we expect certain things from our students.

Most importantly, we expect that when you enroll for our free introduction course, you show up for classes -- or at least e-mail your teachers if you really can't make it -- and that you finish the course entirely. We intentionally teach in small groups, and if people quit prematurely, this adversely affects the entire group. Once you finish the course, you have no obligations whatsoever to continue in any way.

In addition, we ask that you keep an open mind to our course topics and do the simple exercises to your best ability. Our program consists of a little information and theory, and a whole lot of practical application. It works most effectively if you simply follow the steps. You will get your own experiences and don't have to believe anything.

Finally, we ask our students to keep an on-forum journal to keep track of their process - the difficult things, works in progress and successes - so teachers and fellow students can guide you along the way.

All course materials will be provided digitally, you won't have to buy anything extra.
