What is Elfpath?
Elfpath is a gathering place for everyone who wants to know more about the meta-intuitive arts and the changes our world is going through. We are set up as an online school where you can learn to develop your natural talents and Gifts, work with your Intuition, and become more aware of your own strengths and the energies around you.
Our interactive approach is unique. Elfpath is more than a centre of information, more than a message board to exchange ideas or a wiki to define terms, and more than a school. We offer the chance to enroll in Courses, to chat in person with any of our teachers or with each other, to get instant advice for your personal problems, to keep a Journal and see how others are progressing, to make friends, to help others, and above all, to really be yourself.

How do I use this site?
In our wiki, you can find information on many different topics, ranging from Healing to Animal Totems to Empathy. You can freely browse through these articles and use them in any way you like. Some pages will have exercises that you can try for yourself. All we ask is that you link back to Elfpath if you use any of our material elsewhere.
If you like, you can discuss our articles or the exercises with many others on our forums. Here you can also tell us about your own meta-physical experiences, find people who have experienced the same, share ideas and approaches, and connect to kindred spirits. Please come by and say hello, get to know us, and talk about the things that interest you. If you have questions or would like for things to be added to Elfpath, the forum is the place to let us know.
Our Chat is currently functional, but needs a little bit more developping before we can use it to hold our classes. Until then, classes are held on Skype, and we use the Elfpath chat to talk to those who cannot get on Skype or just want a quick chat with any of us. You can also, of course, use it to chat, hang out and have fun with any others you meet through Elfpath.

What is your purpose?
We seek to reach out and help as many people as possible to realise their potential and to move forward into a more harmonious way of life. These changing times can be difficult, and there is no reason for any of us to do this alone. We want to create a network of people around the world who are waking up and becoming more aware, who share ideas and insights and help each other to grow.
Is there a religious component to Elfpath?
No. We encourage that all aspects of religion be kept out of this site completely. We will simply teach energy work and intuition to those who are interested, and let them decide why they believe it.
What can I learn here? How can Elfpath help me?
Our main focus is to attune people to their natural Self, which will open up their natural gifts, heal their mental, emotional and physical bodies, and give them a lot more energy. We will guide you to a state where you are in control of your own life and generally happier.
Specific things that Elfpath will be focussing on include:

- Telepathy

Can I do all of this? Do I need to have any particular skills to be involved in Elfpath?
Everyone can do this. Amazing intuitive gifts are part of all of us, you included. Don't worry if you haven't discovered them yet. All you need to be involved in Elfpath is an open mind, the will and courage to change the parts of you that you don't like, and some honesty with yourself.
What is with these classes you teach?
We work with a class system so that there is a constant and personal interaction between us and you, and so that we can most optimally help you learn the material we offer and to explore your Gifts. Classes are taught once a week, through either Skype or our Elfpath chat, to small groups of 4-8 students and by one of our teachers. Anywhere during the week, the group chat is available to hang out with your classmates, to share experiences or compare notes on the weekly exercises, and to ask questions to our teachers.
Aside from class related material, we are available for help with blocks and guidance with any other issues or personal problems you encounter. All of that is part of improving your life, understanding who you are, and growing your awareness, and you can expect from us any and all help you want with this.
What will be expected of me if I choose to join Elfpath?
What we expect is attendance, if at all possible, to the classes you enrolled for, and for you to make arrangements to catch up if you should miss a class. At the end of each class, you will be given excercises to try out. We expect you to do these excercises, to talk to your group about your progress with them, and to touch base with us during the week. We also encourage you to keep a Journal of your progess on our forums, or, if you are a paying user, on your Elfpath blog (this feature is currently pending).
At Elfpath, you are encouraged to ask questions, share your own experiences and bring up your own problems. Of course we also require you to keep a civil and mature attitude at all times. If we feel your behaviour is harmful to others, we reserve the right to remove you from the class or the forum at any time.
Sometimes, on your journey to healing and personal awareness, you will run into some problems. We are here to help you through those, but we can only do so if you share with us and let us know when you need help. We expect you to at least try the advice our teachers will give you, and to be willing to change. As much as we would like to, we cannot help people who do not want to change.
Other than that, we simply expect you to go with the flow, and enjoy the process!
What if I disagree with what you are teaching? What if I know a better way?
That's alright. Everyone is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. No need to take our word for anything. We don't have The Answers. We will never ask you to believe something simply because we say so. Instead, we offer exercises and advice to help you find your own truth and methods that work for you. If you have anything to add to what we are teaching, we are always eager to see a new perspective. And if you feel this is not something you want to do, you are at any time free to walk away.
Why do you ask for donations for post-intro classes?
There are two main reasons why we ask for a Donation for our classes. One is perhaps obvious: it takes money to keep this site up, to add new features, and to support our team. Running this site and teaching costs a lot of time and effort from many people, and without at least some funds, we will not be able to build Elfpath into everything we hope it to be. It is an healthy exchange of energy to give something back when you receive something of value to you.
Another reason, and at least as important, is that by donating for classes, you commit yourself to doing this. There are no refunds if you choose to step out halfway through the process, since what we ask for is purely a donation. It is a sign that you have appreciated what you learned in our Introductory Course, benefitted from it, and want to learn more. By donating to participate in further classes, you will find you are more likely to put in the effort required to really look into yourself and make the changes you want. You will want to get your money's worth, and work to get it.
Our Introductory Course is free and will remain so, as we feel these basic concepts are very important and should be readily accessible. After that, if you choose to go on to the Intermediary Course and the Advanced Course, you will be given access to the more advanced forums, and be taught more indepth understanding of the material and more advanced energy work and intuitive SCANning.
What if I can't afford to donate?
Don't worry. We understand that some of our users will be young and not have much money, and that in this time of financial crises, many people are without a job. We are not going to exclude you from Elfpath.
If you have finished our introductory course and want to go on but find you really cannot afford to donate, contact any of your teachers. We offer scholarship programs for those who need it, and we can discuss other ways for you to give back to Elfpath (see also: What we need).
Where do I sign up?
Signing up for Elfpath will give you access to our forums, our articles, and our general chat. Browse around, get to know us, and if you like, sign up for our introductory course. Until the rest of the site is running, you can do so by PMing Rohaa on the forums.
How can I help?
There are many ways in which you can help Elfpath. If you run a site or are involved in an online community, you can show Elfpath banners to let people know we are out here. If you are an artist or a web designer/developper, you can help us make the site friendlier and easier to use. If you would like to help us to teach others, we can train you in that. We have a list of specific help we are looking for at What wee need. If you have experience that you think could benefit us, by all means PM us on the forums and we will find a place for you to help out.
