Hi, I'm EpicLunatic. I've been a member of Elfpath since it lifted off, thus around June 2009. Currently, or well, during the time of the last update, I'm a member of the IKAS group of Elfpath, which is currently going on the Advanced Course. I'm in charge of Elfpath Promoting, and of generally making sure the atmosphere in the chatroom stays enthusiastic and positive.

I'm 18 years old, Belgian, aaand a lot of other stuff I probably forgot to mention.

History

I came here first, with no idea about anything related to the metaphysics. I didn't think it'd be anything serious. Neither did I think I'd actually be able to do anything out of the ordinary. And I especially didn't expect I would come here to stay, and fall in love with the community. I've been proven wrong on all those points, and how.

Status: Active / Teaching

Classes

Current belt level
  • I am currently enrolled in the Advanced Course of Elfpath as a member of the IKAS group. I'm a Green belt.
  • I have taken, finished, and passed the Teaching Course needed to teach new students in the Intro and Basic Courses, and am teaching Fresh and Joy class groups.
  • I haven't done any Minors yet, but plan on getting to them in the future (once budget allows).

Projects

I am enlisted as an Elfpath promoter, meaning I somehow have to get us 'out there'.

  • It started with something small, my Blog, but it's an useful way to quickly spread my own experiences and important updates. It's got some interesting entries and pages by now, all related to the community in some way. Currently working on finishing most Topics revolving around our very first Elfpath Meeting.

  • More recently, 11 October 2010, I started a project to really start getting EP out there. A Blog helps with that, but is not nearly enough. This project will get things rolling to get funds, media attention, and a spotlight to shine in. It's only just lifted off, but it has a lot of potential, and good ideas already. Only white belts and up can apply.

Unrelated to the promoter status, together with LunaSelas, I've organised a group of higher-level members to help work on making The Shift happen as awesome as possible. Judging the effects so far, I think we did an awesome job.

Extra-curricular Activities

I could call myself a freelance digital artist, but it's not really official. I occupy myself regularly with making backgrounds, signature images, and pretty things. Not sure if they will ever be used by anyone else but me, but I really do enjoy it.

I'm also often one to bring life in the chatrooms. I can spend an entire day just chatting with the members, giving advice, having fun and getting new ideas for the future. I consider this extra-curricular since a tight-knit community forms the soul of EP.

Counselling. Lately, more and more of it. Not much details, though. Chats like these are usually best kept private.

Recently I also enrolled myself in Karate. Currently Yellow belt.

Outside EP

I am a student. I'm taking highschool Healthcare classes now, graduate year. Had a work placement in a school that teaches children with mental issues (autism, ADHD, ...), and am working on our graduation project. We're studying Schizophrenia.

During the holidays I work as a bartender.
