Energy work

Energy work refers to a shaping ability through which you perceive a certain energy and intentionally change it to something else.

This term is a very broad one. It can be roughly split into three categories, namely inner work, outer work and work on others. The range of things to work on and techniques to work with is vast. Take a look at the exercises category for some examples.
