Eating
From Elfi
This is a list of meta-intuitive exercises you can do while you are doing a normal, every day thing like eating. Exercises are ranked in order of the level of difficulty/focus.
- Testing if the food is appropriate for you at this moment. A good physical way to do this can be done with the help of another person. Stand up straight, ground, and put out one arm to the side. Doesn't matter which arm. Put your arm with the thumb upward. Have your other person press down on the extended arm, and resist. Don't make it a pushing contest, the purpose is to get a baseline for how strongly you can normally resist.
Then, pick up the food item with your other arm and hold it in front of your guts. Have your other person press down on your extended arm again with the same amount of strength as before. If the item is unhealthy for you, your arm will be a lot weaker now. If the item is healthy, your arm will stay strong. If you're not sure if it's working, try it once with cleaning detergent, and once with dry rice. Detergent is pure poison, your arm will drop like a brick.
- Scanning what food your body wants at the moment
- Adding Healthy Energy to your food. You can do this by putting your hands on or close to the food, and fill it with strong, healthy energy that is appropriate to you at the moment. You will actually make the food healthier for you to eat, increase it's aura, and by eating it increase your own aura. This is Energy Work and requires some skill, it is not a white belt exercise.
- Dowsing which food is appropriate for you with the help of dowsing rods. They will point towards the food that is most healthy for you at this moment, if you ask them to. To learn how to use dowsing rods, you can take the Dowsing Rods Minor and buy a set especially tuned by Angel. You can also use them to dowse the size of the newly increased aura of your food.
Keep in mind there are no Good and Bad foods or foods that are by definition unhealthy. It depends on the person, on the quality of the food, on the situation or time, and on your goals for yourself whether a food is appropriate for you right now or not.
