Summer is over, and curriculum-wise things changed, we got some new intel, new exercises, new groups... so let's get started again !

We tried arranging some stuff over facebook, but this should be easier and more clear.

First of all, the group arrangements. This is based on what people applied for in the elfpath-facebook and by e-mail. If you somehow completely missed that, please contact me about it.
Note: this is not for intro students, they can just continue with intro .

Overview
Group 1 is taught by Rohaa. We already have a timeslot.

Group 2 is also taught by Rohaa, but still lack a timeslot.

The little brothers and sisters are taught by the people of Group 1. They are not orange belt yet, but are willing to work to get as fast as they can and want. They still need a timeslot for class. In this class, two people of group 1 will teach, the teachers are on a rotating schedule so you get exposed to a lot of different styles. Advantage of having so many teachers is that the little siblings can receive a lot of individual help.

Group 3 is also taught by Group 1. Group 1 holds Office Hours for the people in group 3. The idea for Office Hours is no class, no obligation to be there, but this is a slot where at least one, preferably two teachers will be available for two hours. Teachers may decide to set a topic for these hours, answer questions or work with people individually, up to them. Teachers will be on a rotating schedule again.

Note that this is a bit different from some things we said on facebook before. For example, Office Hours are now only for group 3 because the little siblings will have their own timeslot. The information here in the forum is the most up-to-date.

Questions:
So if everybody would want to answer the questions that are applicable to him/her asap, we can get started !
For everybody in Group 2: What times would fit you for the class that Rohaa will teach?
For the little brothers/sisters: What times would fit you for your class?
For everybody in Group 3:What times would fit you for the Office Hours?
Please make sure you give your times in GMT, and please give all the times you are available, cause planning this thing probably won't be easy with so many people .

(The responses we already got from facebook:
Julie: I can do Monday and Tuesday evenings after 6, Thursdays or Fridays are pretty free at the moment so am flexible.
Rayna: I'm skype-able anytime after 4:30pmEST weekdays, and anytime weekends before 3pmEST and after about 6 or 7pmEST.)

As said before, Monday would be my most sure-fire evening off, but that slot's already taken...

So barring that, I guess it'll have to be Sunday evening with the risk of me missing classes sometimes.

Well monday 17-19 GMT (19-21 Dutch time) is taken for Group 1, after that is still possible .

Update from me: My weekends are pretty open as well

Fill me in again... What timeslots does group 1 have again?

Also, I suggest we use better names than 'groups'. They're so bland. So if anyone's got suggestions, shoot (Note: Most seem to be Dutch so poking fun at that little fact wouldn't be completely unfair.)

I'm available on 17 to 23 GMT (19:00 'till 01:00 Dutch time) on any day but Thursday.

This way I can be fairly certain that I will remain available once I get a job.

I'm available after 23:00 GMT on weekdays and and any time on weekends, provided I wont have to stay up all night on Sundays.
