Although Elfpath has nothing to do with elves or faeries, we do try to keep our learning process as easy, light and fun as we can. Easy, because life is difficult enough already and we know that our students have plenty of other things on their mind too. Light, both a light workload and a light hearted attitude. And fun, because that's important too.

There is no need for your spiritual growth to be solely a serious, stern business. Sometimes facing yourself and your problems can be painful, and you have to move through them to come out the other end. And sometimes, you can grow and learn while laughing and hanging out with friends.

The ultimate goal of our Elfpath program is for you to find out who you are and what you are here for. And then to be that.

It is a personal path, that will be different for everyone. It starts with where you are at in your life right now, and it leads inside. Where you will end up, if you walk this path, is solidly in your centre, and in your heart. You will find inside your self the same as any mystics has found when they looked deep enough inside. You will love yourself and others truly. You will be confident and skilled, and no matter what life throws at you, you will be stable and know what to do.

There are many possible paths that you can walk, and they all eventually go to exactly the same place as our easy, light and fun path. Some take multiple lifetimes, some take decades, and on any of them there is very little guarantee that you ever truly get to know who you are.

Our path works. For any student who works steadily and seriously, who is willing to face their own insides and grow up emotionally and spiritually, this path brings you home to your self.

And you learn a lot of amazing skills and life tools along the way.

Although everyone's personal path is unique, we offer a well-structured and extensively tested program that anyone, from any background, location, or age group can walk. Because although the things you will find inside are different for everyone, the steps you need to follow to get through them are the same.

We start with the very basics. We teach students the most important tools to become aware of their energy, their emotions, the world around them. We teach them how to feel and sense, how to deal with chaos and fear, to find joy and love instead, and how to ask better questions. We teach these for free in Intro Course.

Once students can use the basic tools, our program works them through the energy system from the bottom up. We start at the root, the most primal needs, instincts, and build the system on a healthy foundation. We work on releasing behavioural and emotional patterns acquired through imprinting on primary caregivers, which is currently being researched at the University of Groningen, so that these patterns do not tell us who to be. We work through emotional baggage, re-evaluate social rules and ways of communicating, heal the energy system from old damage and grow new parts of the system where they got stunted. And about halfway through our program, we bring the most important part of our system online: the heart. We teach students to feel unconditional love, and to give that to themselves and others.

Our path consists for perhaps 10% of knowledge and ideas, and for 90% of practise. In many ways, our approach is comparable to the Martial Arts. By doing a set of simple, effective exercises over a period of time, our students build flexibility, endurance, confidence, skill and speed of reacting -- on the inside, rather than the outside.

Because your personal path is unique, we teach in small groups of 5-8 students. We give much personal attention to each of our students, with specialised advice to situations they want to work on in their lives. Where needed, our teachers provide clarity through the same intuitive methods that before long, the students themselves will be able to use anywhere in their lives.

One of our most important principles is community. For too long, people have been on their path alone, trying to figure everything out by themselves, without a support system, and it has been confusing and lonely for many of us. Elfpath is founded on supporting classmates, an extended network of fellow students, and well-trained teachers who are always ready to give you personal help. Our older students help younger students, younger students may grow up to teach the next generation, and you will almost always find someone around to give you their intuitive advice, listen to your problem or help you through a rough spot.

Under all that, we are a school. We walk this path by walking, by putting one foot in front of the other, by trusting our teachers and our own process, by doing the work, getting excited about the amazing materials there are to learn about, and by having fun.

Elfpath is young. This is a good thing. Our world is changing very fast, on many different levels. Things that worked in the past often do not work anymore in our current society. There is more energy coming in all the time now, waking up intuitive gifts in people that the world has not seen for a long time and opening up opportunities that humans haven't had to face before. Our energy systems have changed, as has the way we relate to each other. We need new ways.

Much of our program was initially created experimentally, with the active help of our students. It has been an on-going group effort of people who explore, try new things, and want to help each other. Sometimes students bring in helpful suggestions. Often teachers see several of their students struggling with a problem, and devise a solution. If the solution works, we try it on another set of students. If it works for them too, we put it in the program. If later on we find something else that works better, we change the program. It is our goal to always offer our students the very best material we have available, and only material that can be put to practical use. It needs to work. And it does. Our students have found that their lives got easier, they handled problems more gracefully, they could finally move through difficult situations and they would get healthier.

At the moment, our Introduction Course has been taught many many times, and has become a solid package of interesting and effective topics. Basic Course is fully worked out, and has been tested to where we are confident that it is good. Advanced Course will likely still see some revisions in topics. The field of the Meta-Intuitive Arts is huge, and there is still very much that needs done in this collaborative effort. There are many new things to learn, and for those who want to be part of something exciting that will change the way we look at our selves and our world, here is your chance. Your input and experiences while you walk this path are invaluable to us, and if you want to work for it, you can make your mark on our process and help whole generations of new students to have even more fun, to progress even easier, and to see even faster results. No one at Elfpath has to remain just a student. You can be a part of this.
