Elfpath is an online school and community with the purpose of teaching people more awareness through a series of very practical courses and personalised advice.

Since October 2011, we have a new course track specifically created for parents of children from 0-5 years old: Shine. Kids are in an extremely formative period during those years, and we know parents could use all the help they can get while they try to juggle their child(ren), themselves and their relationship all at the same time. The one-year Shine program is fully comparable to our regular Basic program, but focuses more on making parent's lives easier.

Our basic principles are simple:

Awareness -- if you are more aware of your surroundings, you can decide better what to do, and your life gets easier;

Integrity -- if you know better who you are and what would really make you happy, you can start acting on it;

Letting go -- if you let go of emotions, attitudes and behaviours that hold you back, you have more freedom to make your own choices;

Health -- if you use some basic tools to keep your system stable and healthy, you will respond better to any situation life can throw at you;

Heart -- if you find joy, passion, compassion and real love for your self and others, your life will be rich and worth living.
